[OccupyComms] Important News for Liverpool GA

I can see both sides to this.

Really respect the positivity and desire to make things happen.

If the School of Ideas crew and occupiers think they can fit more things in
this weekend, (and existing events/speakers are cool with it) and if people
can be around this weekend to discuss the problems of our time, propose
future steps and work on active projects then go for it!

I guess be aware that lots of people would love to be at a UK National
Occupy Conference in London, just not this weekend at such short notice.
We should be aware of how we "call" these national conferences too. A
location is suggested by anyone; that occupation then passes the idea
through their General Assembly. If people there want to do it, we should
ask the other UK occupations what they think of the proposal. It's a
national call out. Get a national temperature check.

In this weekend's case I think people will come to London, but not as many
as we might have had if we could prepare more. If people at the School of
Ideas want to hold assemblies discussing agenda points from the working agenda
pad <https://pad.riseup.net/p/Liverpool> then that's great! Go Occupy 2.0!
Calling it a UK National Conference might be a bit of a stretch though,
depending on who else can make it. Maybe other occupations around the UK
who can't make it down can still discuss a national agenda this weekend at
their assemblies too.
