Dear All,

 

In Edinburgh we are using a Resource Survey to help us increase our numbers
and fill working groups in a pragmatic way.

We use a paper copy when on the street and also the survey monkey here which
is on our Facebook pages:

This is obviously Edinburgh specific but can be adapted how you want.
