<div>I have been told that the Parks department is shredding documents from the parks records, some quite old ones. There is likely to be within those documents some of which are immense historical importance, that is the early days of many of the parks, the
renovations carried out at different periods to Bishops House since the Corporation took it over. The alterations made to Meerbsrook Hall to turn it into the Ruskin Museum. Early staffing records. Plus presumably High Hazels House & Museum, Firth Park, Graves
Park etc.</div>

<div>We have pleaded for several years and I spoke to the senior Archivist at Sheffield Archives too about my concerns but all has been ignored. Please stop this till at least the Archivists have had time to assess the records.</div>
