Before I write back does anyone else have any specific suggestions?</div><div>My plan is to say:</div><div><i>Thank you for responding so quickly to my request. The historical information is very interesting and I will follow it up as you suggest.</i></div><div><i>In relation to the condition survey, maybe I have used the wrong terminology. I was working as a school business manager when the CAD plans like the ones you have supplied to me were drawn up. The plans were accompanied by a detailed list of works needed immediately, within 2 years and within 5 years and our progress against these was monitored and used to inform our budget management. I am sure this sort of information has been prepared for all council buildings and even if it is 10 years old would provide some idea of how the historic building is standing up to the 21st century.</i></div><div><i><br></i></div><div><i>Please will you supply the latest information available … </i>etc.</div><div><br></div><div>Maybe a separate request about repairs undertaken in the last 10 years would reveal something?</div><div>I asked for costs of energy consumption and they provided kWh which I will point out but not insist on getting the £.
