[meersbrook-house] Steering meeting 7.30 pm on Thurs 9th October

The next steering meeting is planned for 7.30pm on Thurs 9th Oct and you
are all warmly invited to attend.

The venue is currently the Pavilion (any change to this will be posted here
well in advance).

The focus of the meeting will be on establishling the constitution and
membership of the management committee that will be responsible for taking
this work forward. The hope is for all the work to be prepared in order for
the committee to be elected at the next public meeting on 23rd October.

It would be very useful to know *how many of you plan to attend the meeting
on the 9th*, so I would appreciate you replying if you are going to be
attending.
