Possibly re group size and openess. Perhaps thing is not to make it hard and fast rule to always be limited to say 6, but if someone with a special interest skill expertise wants to sit on the subgroup for that one meeting then can be done.  Some people may not be able to attend all subgroups or even want to but there may be a specific issue on the agenda come up that might be helped by that person's involvement?
