[meersbrook-house] Hire of somewhere for meeting

I have had a reply from Murray brown about the scout hut.it costs £9.00an hour.but only seats about 40.there are benches and standing room also tea and coffee making facilities.
St. Paul's church is usually £20.50 an hour but because it is a public meeting they would come to some arrangement,so says the secretary.the secretary is checking dates but I have asked for the 25th,26th or 31st.there are plenty of seating as well as so where to make tea and coffee.hope this is all ok.if anyone has any problems please let me know.
