Laura and all here is my 1st attempt to work with what you have put up on the forum. I will see about putting this up on the forum as well. 

Leaflet and poster content
 
Would you like to see Meersbrook Hall become a community building?
 
Would you like to see the activities that take place at the Pavilion housed in better premises?
 
A public meeting is being held on [insert date, time and venue] to shape the future of Meersbrook Hall. To secure the best possible community use for all those that live near Meersbrook Park and surrounding neighbourhoods.
 
Join use at the public meeting and have the unique opportunity to say How you would like the Meersbrook Hall  used for the benefit of our community use.
 
Your ideas and support are needed.

Best we insert a picture of Meersbrook Hall. Does anyone have a high resolution picture of the Hall? 

DATE OF PUBLIC MEETING

We need to ensure public meeting date does not conflict with any school [ Meersbrook Bank, Carfield and Newfield ]  parent evenings and events.
