فى اليوم العالمى للطفل 

 اطفال مصريون محرومون من الحماية القانونية بنص القانون!!

 بمناسبة اليوم العالمى للطفل يصدر مركز الارض اليوم عددين جديدين حول حماية حقوق الاطفال والنساء ويدعو المركز المؤسسات المدنية بالتضامن مع نداءه ومطالبته بالزام الحكومة المصرية بتعديل نصوص قانون العمل رقم 12 لسنة 2003 المواد  103، 97 واللتان تحرما الاطفال والنساء العاملين فى الزراعة من الحماية القانونية مما يهدر حقوقهم ويعرضهم للاساءة والعنف والاستغلال والحرمان والتمييز . احتراماً لحقوقهم فى الحياة الكريمة والامان  والمساواة

On the International child Day 

 Egyptian children deprived of legal protection by law!!

 On the occasion of the International Child Day the land center for Human Rights issues a new issue today on the protection of the rights of children. The LCHR calls upon the civil institutions to unite in solidarity with his call and his demands to the Egyptian government to amend the provisions of Labor Law No. 12 of 2003, particularly articles 103, 97, which deprive children and women working in agriculture from legal protection which leads to violating their rights and exposing them to abuse, violence, exploitation, deprivation and discrimination, in order to respect their rights to a dignified, just and safe life.
