تحية طيبة وبعد…،،

يسعد مركزى الأرض  وحابى دعوة سيادتكم ورشة عمل بعنوان: 
"مع تصاعد الازمة الاقتصادية فى العالم .. يعود ديليسبس ليتحكم فى مياه الرى بمصر"
والتي تُعقد يوم الاحد الموافق 23/11/2008 بمقر مركز الارض فى تمام الساعة التاسعة صباحاً حتى الخامسة مساءاً. 

ويسر المركزين قبولكم دعوة الحضور والإسهام بالمشاركة في النقاش ،وستكون الورشة عبارة عن عبارة عن حوارات ومناقشات مع  ممثلين لمنظمات المجتمع المدنى الريفية المهتمة بتحسين اوضاع الفلاحين وكفالة حقهم فى مياه كافية ونظيفة. كما ستناقش الورشة سياسات البنك الدولى وعلاقاتها بالسياسات المائية والزراعية فى مصر خاصة فى ظل الازمة الاقتصادية العالمية الراهنة وتهدف الورشة لبلورة حلول ورؤية جديدة تتماشى مع التطورات والتغيرات العالمية لكفالة حقوق المزارعين والمواطنين ودعم حقوقهم فى الامن الغذائى ومياه الرى والشرب .

هذا وكلنا ثقة في أن مشاركتكم في الورشة سوف تُثري النقاش والحوار حول هذه القضية المهمة.

 With the escalation of the economic crisis in the world, Deleseps is back in control of irrigation water in Egypt

 Dear friends

 It is the pleasure of the LCHR and Habi Center to invite you to a joint workshop entitled "With the escalation of the economic crisis in the world, Deleseps is back in control of irrigation water in Egypt"

 This workshop will be held on Sunday 23/11/2008 at the LCHR headquarter from 9 am to 5 pm.

 We would be delighted if you accept our invitation and contribute in the debates. This workshop will include discussions with representatives from rural CSOs interested in improving farmers' conditions and guaranteeing their right to adequate water.

 The workshop will also discuss the policies of the World Bank and their relationship with the financial and agricultural policies in Egypt especially un the current world economic crisis.

 The workshop aims to crystallizing new solutions and views to guarantee and support citizens' rights especially farmers to food security, irrigation and potable water.

 We are confident that your participation will enrich the workshop debates in this very important issue.
