Customer Alison did this recipe with her kale, onions and

Customers Alison and Doug stir fried cabbage with onion, garlic and
ginger until was quite soft and sweet and had it with poached egg. They
also boiled red cabbage in apple juice with the last of their garden
apples, peeled and cored and with a handful of sultanas thrown in. They
tend to add a bit of kale towards the end when we are frying other veg.
Yum.
