[Hazelhurst-Customers] Price increase, please amend standing order.

 Dear Hazelhurst Veg Bag Customers

  We hope you are pleased with your veg bag and continue to enjoy
  weekly, locally grown, organic, seasonal veg.

  As a management committee we have realised that we need to raise our
  prices slightly in order to remain financially sustainable. This
  decision has not been made lightly as we understand that many 
 household
  budgets are tight. However, rising prices in all areas means our
  outgoing costs are considerably higher than they were in 2012 and
  therefore increasing the price of our veg bags is unavoidable if we 
 are
  to remain viable as a project.

  We have gone through our finances and cut back wherever possible to
  make this rise as low as we realistically can.

  So from February 16th our bags will be priced as follows:

  Small: £8.50
  Standard: £12
  Large: £14

  Please can you amend your monthly standing order before 9th February 
 2014. The change in prices means the
  monthly standing order amounts are now:

  Small: £36.83
  Standard: £52
  Large: £60.67

  Payments are to be made on 16th of each month. (16th February being 
 the
  first date). Our bank details are:

  If you have access to internet banking it is fairly quick and simple 
 to
  set up a standing order on-line. Alternatively you can call your bank 
 or
  visit in person.

  When setting up the standing order please label your payment as
  'surname,vegbag'  (so for me it would be Hinch,vegbag) this means it 
 is
  easy for us to spot your payment on our statements. Please send an 
 email
  to vegbox at hazelhurst.coop to confirm when you have set the payments 
 up.

  We would like to take the opportunity to thank you for your ongoing
  custom and support. Your valued custom means we can continue to 
 support
  Sheffield Organic Growers, offer volunteering opportunities at Big 
 Pond
  Field and support local and global food sovereignty movements.

  Also, we are opening another collection point in Nether Edge so please 
 spread
  the word so we can welcome more customers in that area.
