[Hazelhurst-Customers] New standing order mandate

 Dear Customer

 Thank you for your support during our first six months.

 Payment from the existing standing order mandate runs out on Thursday 
 17th January.  In your vegbag  tommorow (6th December) will be  a new 
 standing order form to cover payment of vegbags from 24th January.  
 There is also information about the scheme on the reverse side of the 
 standing order form.

 To continue to receive vegbags from 24th January please complete the 
 standing order form and use the envelope provided to post the form 
 through the letterbox at your collection point the following week (13th 
 December).

 Please let us know of any Thursdays you plan to be away between now and 
 the 17th January by emailing vegbox at hazelhurst.coop .  We will refund 
 money for weeks that you were away in mid December.
