<P><FONT size=2>A one-day workshop on "Gender, ICTs and Development" will be
held in Manchester on Tuesday 6th June.<BR><BR>Further details and a

workshop will bring together contemporary field evidence from Africa, Asia and
the Caribbean on the relations between ICTs and socio-economic development from
