Here follows the T4P conference call for papers:

T4P'07 The first International Conference on Technology for
Participation and Accessible eGovernment Services

The overall conference theme is“Technology for Participation,”
addressing eInclusion, eGovernment, and the challenges in making
eGovernment services accessible and usable for all citizens. The
conference will be cross-disciplinary and will cover technological,
legal, financial and sociological aspects of eGovernment.

The T4P'07 conference will bring together government representatives,
business, researchers, and students to Kristiansand 25-27. June 2007.
T4P'07 is planned to be an open forum with time set aside for panels and
discussions.

The conference is hosted by the Agder University College, Kristiansand,
Norway, and will be organised in a collaboration with the European
Internet Accessibility Observatory (EIAO) project and the Digital
Freedom project administrated by NTNU Social Research. The EIAO project
is co-funded by the European Commission DG Information Society and
Media, under the contract IST-004526. The Digital Freedom project is
funded by the Research Council of Norway.

Already confirmed keynote speakers include Paul Timmers, Head of Unit
for eInclusion in the European Commission, Directorate-General
Information Society & Media, and Bruce Perens, author of the Open Source
Definition, Vice President for Source Labs.
