Hi all

Today NCVO and the ICT Hub have launched the first in a series of
reports looking at how new technologies are changing the environment in
which, and the ways in which, VCOs work (as mentioned by Andy last
week!) This first report examines the impact of ICT on the sector's
'voice' and representation roles by looking at the activities of
consultation and campaigning. It explains technological, political and
social trends, highlights current innovative practice in the use of ICTs
and discusses both risks and opportunities for the future. The report
is written by the Hansard Society and NCVO.

It is available as a free PDF here -

Best wishes
