Hi all

At the Sheffield conference there was some talk the ChangeUp process and how
'Technology and Social Action' related to it.

Some people might be interested in a large report now available detailing
regional ChangeUp initiatives under the five themes:
- financing activity
- governance
- ICT
- performance improvement
- volunteering
