I’ll ask if tea ‘urn’ by which I guess they mean thermal jug, can be refilled with hot water and we can take extra tea bags. </div><div>What do you reckon? Please will you ask Connie to consider swapping the 30 tea/coffees to an urn along side the cake? I understand from cafe staff that the provision of an urn is quite standard for events.<br>
<br>
We don't need bespoke catering, just a slight adjustment. Our event is a 3 hour drop in with hourly presentations to 20 people at time, so you can see that 30 cafe drinks just doesn't work for us. We are happy to have as much cake (some vegan?) as makes up
to the £150 and can cut in to small portions ourselves. We can even bring our own teabags and instant coffee as long as we can have an urn or jugs of hot water. <br>
<br>
Please do let us know, we are a small community group and are having to fund raise to cover the costs for the event. We can't stretch to £100 clearance fee and provide refreshments as well. I am sure you will appreciate that a slight adjustment to the catering
offer will not be of any disadvantage to the Albany, but will make a huge difference to us and our special event.<br>

There are a few options going forward which I hope could work for you:<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The first option is to book a catering order as advertised on our menu (attached). As you may already know, on Saturdays we have a £150 minimum catering spend. As an example, with this budget you could order 30 servings of our tea/coffee

<p class="MsoNormal">Another option, if the first isn’t suitable, would be to provide your own snacks/food for your booking. For this we charge a cleaning/buyout fee of £100+VAT. If this is of interest to you please be aware that we don’t allow any hot food
in our rooms and so any snacks/food would need to be cold.<o:p></o:p></p>
