I understand from cafe staff that the provision of an urn is quite standard for events.<br><br>We don't need bespoke catering, just a slight adjustment. Our event is a 3 hour drop in with hourly presentations to 20 people at time, so you can see that 30 cafe drinks just doesn't work for us. We are happy to have as much cake (some vegan?) as makes up to the £150 and can cut in to small portions ourselves. We can even bring our own teabags and instant coffee as long as we can have an urn or jugs of hot water. <br><br>Please do let us know, we are a small community group and are having to fund raise to cover the costs for the event. We can't stretch to £100 clearance fee and provide refreshments as well.
