My name is Natalie Waldram and I am an architectural designer from 
Portland, Oregon, USA and a recent graduate from Carnegie Mellon 
University in Pittsburgh, USA. I am reaching out as I would love to 
discuss opportunities to learn from and support your team and work as an 
intern or employee.

My founding intention for pursuing architectural studies and work has 
been to activate and cultivate communities, individuals, ecologies, etc. 
in support of a necessary extension beyond established habits of living 
within and organizing our built environments. Through my studies, 
experiences, investigations, I have come to believe that such activation 
is closely linked to the emancipation of housing from systems of 
commodification and speculative markets. I strongly believe in the value 
of your work, and as I transition from studies, I would like to support 
the extension of the community land trust model.
