Thanks for the super quick reply and yes you are so right.

Thanks for the thoughts re the march that makes a lot of sense. I do have everyone’s email addresses and was going to send out a reminder today anyway. What I’ll do is that I’ll explain the situation and suggest we keep to the original times & go together afterwards / people can leave early but say that there’s a possibility of starting a bit early if everyone agrees, please get back to me ASAP kind of thing. I have a feeling we’ll just stick to what we’ve agreed but I will get back to you on this as soon as possible.
