Morning,
Just wanting to say hello and how inspired I am by CASH having read the 
DocX manifesto yesterday.
I picked it up right at the end of the communities conference at 
Braziers Park this weekend. We’re some of you there?
DocX talked about exactly the thing I’d been starting to discuss with 
people- how might we unlock the equity/wealth of established coops to 
help create new ones.
Here down in Bristol we’ve recently lost our community-led housing hub 
due to funding drying up. We don’t know yet when more government funding 
might come available and have spent so much time raising grants and 
loans to fund the expensive process of getting our tiny house scheme to 
planning. We’d like to help manifest another way.
I’d love to explore the more commons based financing model where the 
movement can become self generating without being wholly dependence on 
state or markets to inch vital schemes forward. We need things to happen 
much more quickly and simply (and joyfully) than business as usual. So 
really interested in helping design what this might look like and being 
an outlying member of the CASH network.
I would love what CASH is developing- to be the central theme of the 
conference next year.
