Hope you're well.

Sorry for not picking this up sooner. A few days ago we received an 
online application which I added to the application spreadsheet:

If you know of someone who does not want to use online form please pass 
the paper form from here (though this is technically from the old policy 
but better this than nothing and then we can onboard them in a new way 
of attending meeting and joining a circle to become a member rather than
