I co-run a development and architectural company, KIN.  We specialise in highly sustainable homes (net zero carbon and Passive House) and working with community led housing organisations, like yours, providing enabling developer, development manager, and architectural services.  We also provide various kinds of early-stage pro-bono support.

I was looking at your website recently and understand you may be looking for professional support in delivering new homes.
