I co-run a development and architectural company, KIN.  We specialise in 
highly sustainable homes (net zero carbon and Passive House) and working 
with community led housing organisations, like yours, providing enabling 
developer, development manager, and architectural services.  We also 
provide various kinds of early-stage pro-bono support.


We’ve worked with a number of community led housing organisations 
including London CLT, Cohousing Harrow, and Willows Housing.  We’ve also 
worked with councils including Exeter and the London Borough of Sutton.


I was looking at your website recently and understand you may be looking 
for professional support in delivering new homes.


Are you looking for an enabling developer, assistance with development 
management, or an architect?  If so, would it be useful to find a time 
for an introductory call?  It would be great to hear a bit more about 
your project and where you are up to.
