[Bins] New BINS-patch

Hi,

I don't know, if there is anybody out there, who uses BINS, but if so I 
have created a new patch for bins with the following improvements:

* Faster generation due to usage of HTML::Template::Pro
* New tags THUMB_ID and THUMB_NUM
* Display of the Exif "Title" element via the new "imagetitle"-tag.
