[Bins] GPS Template Variables for bins

Hi,

i have modified bins to support GPS Information which may found in the 
EXIF information. Also a bugfix is included, so that bins runs now on 
recent distributions like OpenSUSE 11.1.

GPS Information is tested using a Garmin Etrex and gpscorrelate to 
correlate photos with GPS-information.
