[Bins] BINS extensions

Hi,

i have modified BINS to use Image::ExifTool instead the obsolete
Image::Info module and added the template variable USER_COMMENT to
display the user-comment fields from exif tags. Also additional
exif tags like the used lens is now displayed in the exif information.
