[Bins] New binsrc.xml

Hej !!

I run bins on Ubuntu but it as been forever since my last update. Then I
went to update my daughters' websites and it came with error like
Missing parameters. I gather that the new version has more parameters
than the old and my binsrc.xml does not include those parameters. Would
some one be kind and send me the newest binsrc.xml file? I would greatly
appreciate it.
