[Bins] New version of bins?

Hi Jérôme,

I was wondering if you were planning to make a new version of bins
available in the near future.  I think there are a number of new
features in version control that warrant the release of a new version.

Also, if you have some time, I'd appreciate it if you could take a
look at the outstanding bug reports in the Debian bug tracker, see
http://bugs.debian.org/bins

 #284157: bins: avoidable jpegtran image curruption
   There's a patch but I'm not in a position to tell whether it's
   correct.  It works for the bug submitter.

 #235272: bins: Original .png files result in .jpg files but containing PNG data
   I can verify this.  I once started to fix this but it needs changes
   in *many* parts of bins.

 #270396: bins_edit generates wrong encoding in .xml
   A patch was proposed some time ago but it turned out to be
   incorrect.

 #274853: bins: ability to update just changed parts of an album
   Many people would like to see this feature. ;-)
