[Bins] bins produces zero-byte file for this image

Strange, even with this binsrc file, it works for me.  Running it with
-v 4, I get:

    Orig size is 1024 x 768.
    Generating scaled version of /home/tbm/tmp/test/bins/a4/chs2265.jpg
      to be written to chs2265_Orig.jpg...·
    Image has the right size, just copying... done.
 Orientation for picture is 'top_left'
     Making /home/tbm/tmp/test/bins/b/chs2265_Orig.jpg progressive JPEG...·
      Running 'jpegtran -copy all -progressive -outfile "/home/tbm/tmp/test/bins/b/chs2265_Orig.jpg.tmp" "/home/tbm/tmp/test/bins/b/chs2265_Orig.jpg"'... 861 bytes smaller; OK

Are you sure http://www.thesatya.com/t/chs2265.jpg is the _original_ file that
is problematic and not one re-saved in GIMP or something?
