[Bins] bins produces zero-byte file for this image

Same as your's. The problem is with only one file, all others work.

jpeginfo says:
backupchs2265.jpg 1024 x 768  24bit Exif  N   81226

(I don't know why the file size difference; it should be the same file.)

Imagemagick's convert program complained about pixel cache when I tied
to -ping it.

Opening the file in Gimp and re-saving made it work with bins, so
there's a workaround.
