[Bins] Internationalization issue

Hi!

On the page

i have made a customisation of bins to fit in my css-only layout. (the 
bins-part looks quite ugly yet, i've got no time at the moment to fix it)

As you can see there is a german and an english version of the page. I 
would like to create a set of xml-files for the english page to create 
english comments. But I want to have only one set of images on the server. 
Is this possible at the moment?
