[Bins] HTML code in a description

Hi,

I want to put HTML code in a long description, so it contains a list and 
URL links.  Putting HTML code in the XML file causes it to be interpreted 
as XML.  I am not sure how to represent the HTML code in the long 
description field in the album.xml files.
