[Bins] Debian installation can't find details.html template file

I keep getting this error message.  bins generates a bunch of xml files
and various scaled iamges, and then dies with this error message.


Error: cannot find HTML template details.html

I did a vanilla apt-get install bins, and there seems to be an
/etc/bins/templates.default directory - but bins can't seem to find it,
even if I explicitly specify it with the -t parameter.

The installation was out of debian unstable (sid), of bins ver. 1.1.20-1

Are there any other Debian users experiencing this?
