[999nhs-coordinators] RALLIES AND PUBLICITY

Hi Emma -  a question first of all - we have been working on the basis that 
one / two of the marchers will be available to speak at the rallies and if 
the march is running behind the start of the rally they will be mini bussed 
up in time.  Is that the case?
