[999nhs-coordinators] Meeting with N'ptn Labour councillor today

Hi All

Just wanted to let you know what I've agreed with Danielle Stone today and
to check that you're happy with this.

As you know, the Labour councillors, town and county, want to give us some
"hospitality".  They wanted to do it in the town and not at our last stop
outside N'ptn, the Brampton Halt, which had been my idea, so as not to
conflict with what Bianca had planned.

Anyway Bianca's rally I gather will start at about 6.00 pm, she told me, so
Danielle and I have agreed for them to give us some food/drink when we
arrive, at about 5.00 - 5.30 pm.

One thing I'm not sure about is that the cafe at the big church in the
centre of town (has large open area in front where the rally is taking
place) where Danielle thought to have it, is actually owned by a Tory
councillor.  He may not want to do it, the local Tory councillors having
refused to let the Labour group welcome us in the Guildhall.  But as the
owner of the cafe, he would be just a local tradesperson.

Considering the geography of the town, it would be a good place to have it,
but what do you all think of this plan?
